"I had a commericial 10,000 sq ft roof to replace, Once i called, I received a promp visit from representative to review needed work and send estimate. Work was scheduled and done soon after estimate was approved. Rene Perron and his monster team showed up at 6:45AM and from the moment they got here, these guys don't mess around! 2 cranes, 2 asphalt trucks, and about 8 container trucks showed up all at the same time. Within minutes they were set up and started the job. Their team is extremely well organized, every worker knew exactly what his job was, absolutely no time wasted with 27 guys on the job. Very impressive. Update, 2024. The roof caps were installed with an angle towards the outside of the building instead of to the inside of the roof leaving black stains on my brick right around the building. I sent two emails and made two phone calls, asking them to redo the angles on my roof and wash the black mould off of, my brick. They sent two people to correct the angles however have huge black stains every 8 feet right around my building. They have not answered my phone calls or emails. Truthfully, I’m quite disappointed. Photos of the stains will be posted in the next week or two. I really hope that they can rectify the situation professionally."
"What an exceptional service from beginning to end. The entire process was smooth with amazing communication and professionalism. Marc-André Boisvert's team replaced our flat roof in one day, expertly executed. We are extremely happy with the work completed by the whole team (Jay, Dom, JF and everyone else). What a great display of flawlessly executed teamwork. Thank you for doing an amazing job. Highly recommended!!"
"Marc-Andre(the foreman)is very professional ,punctual, friendly and he is in charge of a great team of workers. I highly recommend Rene Perron roofers."
"Hands down recommend! Rene Perron was phenomenal start to finish! My roof started leaking (in many rooms!) one day into the Quebec Construction Holiday. They quickly responded to my frantic emails and were able to schedule my emergency repair immediately. The team was one of the most organized, efficient, and professional I have ever seen - it was truly impressive. Neighbours even gathered to watch them work! Communication was outstanding. They put up signs to block off necessary street space the day before. They put down plywood to protect my driveway and property as they worked. They installed a completely new roof in one day (~1700sf). I opted for the asphalt & gravel - and the white marble is already making a noticeable improvement to reduce the temperature indoors! The 15 year guarantee only adds to my satisfaction. Thank you, Rene Perron!!"
"I usually dont post comments, but these people deserve to be congratulated on their excellent service , workmanship and customer satisfaction .I had contacted other roofers before and none were as professional and knowledgeable as Johnathan. Everything went as promised, no surprises and absolutely no disappointments. Work was done quickly on time and no messes left behind for me to take care of ... Easy to talk to , everything explained clearly and no misunderstangs ... Great people to contact and refer friends to . A big thank you to Gerry and Francois who executed the work... 100 years in business and still going strong ... I wish them continued success , well deserved ... They go the extra mile ...."
